We offer a secure payment system using the Paypal. All orders are strictly confidential.
Shipping
All orders placed before 12:00 noon PST, normal business days will be processed and shipped the following business day.
All orders placed after 12:00 noon PST on Friday (or the last business day of the week) and on weekends will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
To protect your order, Ringline will ship only to a street address, not to a P.O. box or other mailing box number.
All orders will be shipped fully insured. For your security, all deliveries will require a signature for receipt thereof.
All U.S. and Canadian orders will be shipped via UPS and will arrive in 1 to 10 business days.
All orders will be processed and shipped after credit approval.
All Ringline orders are shipped wrapped and ready to give as gifts.
We presently ship to the United States, Canada, and Japan.
Please note that slight variations in appearance do not constitute an incorrect order. We have attempted to recreate and represent the appearance of our jewelry as closely and accurately as possible on Ringline.com, but the detail and color you see will depend on your computer monitor.
Shipping and handling are free to all Ringline customers.
Sales Tax:
Since Ringline.com is based in California, state law requires that we
charge state sales tax on all orders shipped to customers residing in
California.
Ringline Return Policy
Ringline offers full refunds for all jewelry purchases within 10 business
days of
receipt, except:
a) Items which have been engraved.
b) Items which have been specially sized.
All returns for refund must be accompanied by all packaging and documentation.
Customers must pay for return shipping and insurance.
Ringline encourages all of our valued visitors and customers to request
